At Sovereign House, we are celebrating our 18th birthday. Established in 1989, we have become one of East London's most progressive and succesful estate agents.
Our first office in Victoria Park was followed in 1995, by our office in Redbridge which has also gone from strength to strength. In 2003, our dedicated lettings centre opened just a few doors from the original Victoria Park office. In 2005, we opened our flagship branch in the heart of Hackney dealing with both sales and lettings.
MISSION STATEMENT
Our company mission statement has always been to provide a service second to none. All of our staff are expected to uphold the very highest professional standards and we are the only agent in the areas we cover to be Hometrack Approved, a status only accredited to the top 30% of agents in England and Wales by this prestigious body. In addition, we are the only agent in the areas we cover to be affiliated to the Guild of Professional Estate Agents. We are also members of ARLA for lettings.
There are four principal divisions within Sovereign House: Residential Sales, Residential Lettings, New Homes handling the numerous new developments in the East London area and Sovereign Conveyancing. We shall shortly be adding international property to this list.
MARKETING
Sovereign House has developed a marketing programme which is second to none and all properties benefit from the same extremely sophisticated level of marketing, regardless of price.
We have invested heavily in cutting edge technology and all literature is clearly presented on the highest quality materials. Property details include everything a buyer or tenant will need to know, with full floorplans, colour internal and external photography and colour location maps. Once your property has been listed, the details will immediately be transmitted via SMS and e-mail alerts to all relevant applicants and added to our web-site, as well as all of the major property portals to which Sovereign House subscribe.
However, technology is only an aid to our professional, results driven sales teams. The staff at Sovereign House are proud of the reputation we have gained over the years backed by a strong brand image, easily recognised all over the areas we cover on our black 'SOLD BY' boards.
Sovereign House are widely recognised as experts in the property field, as evidenced by the frequent quotes we are accredited within the national press and numerous appearances of our Directors on TV property and news programmes.
We are dedicated to maintaining and enhancing our position as the premier independent estate agency in all of the areas we cover.
